The mayor's suggestion to tear up the pedestrian plazas in Times Square to deal with the Times Square "desnudas" - women wearing mainly body paint who seek tips for photos with passers-by - has surprised many stake holders. Tim Tompkins, president of the Times Square Alliance, responds to the proposal.
