President-elect Donald Trump’s choices to lead his cabinet in January suggest he’ll make good on campaign promises to roll back government regulations. His picks have taken public stands against President Barack Obama’s rules on the environment, labor and healthcare.

Here & Now‘s Robin Young speaks with Susan Dudleythe former regulatory czar under President George W. Bush, who says Trump can’t overturn every rule “with the stroke of a pen.”
