sale of city land in Queens. He defends the actions of the Real Estate Department from the criticism of Borough President Mario Cariello. He describes the actions of the department when land is acquired and the actions of the site selection board.

He discusses city planning efforts in Staten Island.

Ida Brown is named Employee of the Month, she describes her work with delinquent rent payers.
