On today’s Food Friday show three local farmers talk about what they grow and how they got into the business of farming. Lou Di Palo tells the story of his century-old, family-owned specialty food shop Di Palo’s in Little Italy, and talks about the great ingredients of Italian cuisine. We’ll find out about how to take the subway to explore the various cuisines of the world, starting out with Georgian food in the East Village.
