Ukraine’s prime minister is in Washington today while people in Crimea are getting ready for Sunday’s referendum on the future of that Ukrainian region. The BBC’s James Reynolds is in Sevastopol in Crimea and joins Here & Now’s Jeremy Hobson with the latest.
