Tomorrow marks the last day in the WNYC Clock Your Sleep Project.

It's a little data experiment that's been going on our studios here in New York. The project is designed to help us learn what really happens over night and what we can do to make the most out of the time that our eyes are shut.

Managing editor and Host of New Tech City, Manoush Zomorodi, and Takeaway Host John Hockenberry, have just emerged from a two week challenge, and both have some fresh takeaways on the value of sleep.

John led the Rock Your Routine team that tried to change their individual routines, and Manoush was part of the winning team, Digital Detox, that tried to curb their digital use.

Today they compare notes on what they learned and accomplished—or failed to accomplish.
