John T. Edge joins us to discuss his new book, The Potlikker Papers: A Food History of the Modern South. Edge tells the history of the South through food, and shows how its changing tastes represented cultural shifts.

John T. Edge will appear for a book signing on June 5 at 6:00 p.m. at Billy Reid (54 Bond St #2).
