Telephone interview with the Superintendent Board of Transportation Edward T. McNally following a major storm which caused downed trees, and interruptions to transportation service. Followed by an interview with Commissioner of Hospitals Dr. Marcus Kogel discussing the evacuation of City Hospital's Children Building due to flooding, increased number of patients seeking treatment due to storm-related injuries, and the use of Seaview Hospital to house evacuees.
