Novelist T.C. Boyle discusses his latest novel, The Terranauts. Set in the Arizona desert, eight scientists known as the "Terranauts" have been selected to live under glass in an experimental model of an off-earth colony while they are monitored by supervising scientist and face a series of life-threatening disasters.
