Can we talk about Lightstone Group and their awful, awful pile drivers? From what I understand, they're not complying with requirements to dampen the noise levels. Is there anything being done about this?

Who the hell is Manoush Zomorodi and how did she get a job at WNYC?

Can you please ask if anyone has proposed a lock system at the mouth of the Gowanus, such that it can be closed in case of another hurricane, and drained to make cleanup easier? It could also be lowered if a storm is imminent, so that the sewer overflow can be accommodated.
