Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Lynne Nottage, director Kate Whoriskey and actor Khris Davis discuss the New York premiere of “Sweat” at the The Public Theater. “Sweat” tells the story of a group of friends who have spent their lives working together on a factory line. But when layoffs and picket lines begin to chip away at their trust, the friends find themselves pitted against each other in the fight to stay afloat.
"Sweat" runs through December 11th at The Public Theater (425 Lafayette Street). For tickets and show information, visit their website.
