Sudden Deal for Transportation Funding in New Jersey

After three months of political impasse, news broke late Friday afternoon that Governor Chris Christie and state legislative leaders had reached an agreement on how to fund New Jersey's transportation projects.  It came a day after a train crash in Hoboken that killed one person, injured more than a hundred and dealt a blow to an already reeling NJ Transit. WNYC's Kate Hinds explains a deal that includes raising the gas tax by 23-cents in the state.
