Toshiro Mifune and the Legacy of Samurai Films

Academy-Award winning filmmaker Steven Okazaki joins us to discuss his new film, “Mifune: The Last Samurai” a feature-length documentary that explores the evolution of the samurai film, Mifune's childhood and experiences during World War II, his accidental entry into the movies and his collaboration with Akira Kurosawa.
