As President Trump and Republican leaders meet for a policy retreat Thursday in Philadelphia, protesters jammed the streets near Center City.

But just west of there, another group of protesters recently won a victory in a fight with decidedly lesser stakes: the right to sit on the walls of the city’s most popular park. Bobby Allyn (@BobbyAllyn) from Here & Now contributor WHYY explains.
