Senate Hearing For President Trump's Supreme Court Nominee Begins

More than a year after Justice Antonin Scalia’s death, the Senate Judiciary Committee is holding its first hearing on a nominee to replace him. Appeals Court Judge Neil Gorsuch is President Trump’s choice, and he appears Monday before the Senate Judiciary Committee, which never held a hearing on former President Obama’s nominee Merrick Garland.
