Sebastian Gorka is a deputy assistant to President Donald Trump. He also reports to Steve Bannon as part of the White House's Strategic Initiatives Group.

Gorka is known for his staunch anti-Islamic views, and yesterday, he was accused of having ties to a Hungarian far-right Nazi group.

Greg Jaffe, reporter for The Washington Post, has traced Gorka's career from the fringe to the center of power, and he joins The Takeaway to discuss Gorka's beliefs, and why he didn't report on Gorka's associations to the far-right group, which he knew about in February.
