It’s the first Monday in October when the Supreme Court reconvenes. Jami Floyd, host of WNYC's All Things Considered and legal analyst, and Jeffrey Rosen, president and CEO of the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, professor at George Washington University law school and a contributing editor for The Atlantic, preview the upcoming Supreme Court term's big cases, which will cover partisan gerrymandering, LGBTQ rights, religious liberty, cell phone privacy, and more.
