"Remember Us Unto Life" is a one-hour celebration of Rosh Hashanah, The Jewish New Year, and Yom Kippur, The Day of Atonement - eight days known as the Jewish High Holidays.

The program takes the form of a conversation between Rabbi Ismar Schorsch and host Larry Josephson, a secular Jew who wants to know more about the religion of his grandparents. Rabbi Schorsch talks about the history, liturgy and meaning in our time of these ancient holidays, the most solemn on the Jewish calendar. The conversation is illustrated and elevated with music of the High Holidays including "Kol Nidre", which is traditionally sung in the synagogue at the beginning of the Yom Kippur service.
