Pi In The City

Friday, March 14, 2014

Today is Pi Day, in that it’s March 14th, or 3.14. It’s the one day a year we pause to reflect on that beautiful symbol used to represent the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter.

To celebrate, send us a photo of the best circle you see and tag it #piinthecity. We'll feature highlights here throughout the day.

Brian - please start a campaign and get to Mayor diBlasio and whoever might be able to implement a plan to PUT THE STREET NUMBER ON every store in NYC. How come no one bothers to number their location anymore, and sometimes one can hardly even see the business name either. Sometimes one can walk blocks without finding one number, it's especially bothersome if you are going by in a cab looking for a particular address and can't find it though you are on the correct street. Help!! Thanks
