Obesity Genome Project Looking For Volunteers

The Centers for Disease Control says obesity is common, costly and serious. One in three American adults is considered obese.

Now, San Antonio researchers are using South Texas volunteers to collect an “obesity genome registry.” Wendy Rigby of Texas Public Radio explains how the data bank is aiming to help tackle the problem.
