Obamacare is back as a major political issue after several health insurance companies have pulled out of state exchanges, citing rising costs and fewer people signing up. About 20 million Americans have health insurance under the Affordable Care Act, but for those covered under the exchanges, premiums are rising, as much as 10 percent in 7 states.

Larry Levitt, a senior vice president for the Kaiser Family Foundation, says the faltering exchanges are a concern, but they're not the end of Obamacare.
