"Yes we can!" That was the rallying cry for Barack Obama's 2008 campaign. This special hour, a compilation of WNYC's series "The Obama Years: The View from New York," looks back at the inclusive, ambitious, and contentious legacy of America's first black president.  and the ways Obama can argue "Yes we could!" and sometimes, could not.
