Say goodbye to the month of July with tonight's show, made up only of new releases from the month. Pieces very fitting for the very hot middle of the summer, inspired by famous soccer games and open fire hydrants. And other beautiful atmospheric pieces.

Listen to Dave Soldier's string quartet "Open Hydrant" and pieces by Berkeley guitarists Trevor Healy and Lucas Boilon. Next, atmospheric music by Sean Clancy inspired by the 1994 World Cup game and by Jeremy Young and Aaron Martin. Plus, the AsianArt Ensemble plays a composition by Peter Michael Hamel.
