A devastating train accident took place during the morning rush hour commute in the city of Hoboken, New Jersey on Thursday. More than 100 people are reported to be injured after a train crashed into the platform at Hoboken Terminal, which was built in 1907, and at least one person has died.

"The people in front of me were badly injured, and then we just heard people screaming in the first car that they were trapped and couldn't get out," passenger Jamie Weatherhead Sal told reporters on Thursday.
