The organizations President discusses the activities of the National Defense Transportation Association meeting. He discusses upcoming meetings, new members, and association business. He introduces members of the organization sitting on the dais. Colonel Sidney H. Bingham is introduced as the evenings speaker. He speaks at length about the potential effects of a nuclear attack on New York City and the role of NDTA in response to the damage.
