During this busy time of year, how 'bout we listen to some music that provides an antidote to the holiday hubbub; space in which to relax and breathe--or even think! David Garland opens the door to a beautiful room of sound featuring James Blackshaw, Lubomyr Melnyk, Roger Eno, Doug Wieselman, and itsnotyouitsme.

This was an awesome show! I SO needed this! How does one find the playlist for the show?

I played this for my wife while she was doing some physical therapy exercises on the yoga mat for her bad back. She said it was great for relaxing and letting her injured muscles to regain some strength.

Great selections. Hadn't listened to this genre in decades. Helped me with getting chores done. Helped lift the seasonal funk I was in and really got me into the holiday spirit. Didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I did. Until you pointed it out, I didn't realize the creativity in these arrangements.
