Begins with Mayor La Guardia speaking (in progress) about unemployment and city aid for the unemployed. Asserts that paying for emergency relief will not lead to a deficit that exceeds the one he inherited. The press can only criticize the taxes if they have a better idea. Better and cheaper to do business in New York than in other communities. Property rehabilitation.

For the opening of the Municipal Information Center, located at Pershing Square.
