After accusations that the Kremlin hacked into email accounts owned by U.S. Democratic Party members in order to assist the election of Donald Trump, Russian President Vladimir Putin has been named Forbes's most powerful person (for the fourth year in a row). Fareed Zakaria, host of CNN's Fareed Zakaria GPS and writes a weekly column for The Washington Post, discusses the latest in Russian-U.S. relations and his upcoming documentary on Vladimir Putin, "The Most Powerful Man in the World," which will air on CNN on Monday at 9 p.m. ET.
