De Blasio: 'If You Build It They Will Come'
Mayor Bill de Blasio joins us to talk about his agenda for the second year of his administration, as outlined in yesterday's State of the City address. The city's population will get to 9 million people, he noted, and the city has to adapt and retain affordability.
