Rose-Ellen - I actually came here to post my thanks for the gospel segment. I wasn't raised on it, or with religion, or in the United States, but to me there's little as soul-rousing and life-affirming as classic gospel.

As far as I'm concerned and I know it's politically incorrect but this is the internet where we can actually SPEAK OUR MINDS, so let it be recorded that there is at least ONE person on earth who finds gospel music to be one of, if not THEE most annoying music ever heard. I can't stand it; it smacks of Montezuma's revenge; payback for our sins. On top of which no one would dare to say they don't like it[the emperor's got no clothes strategy].There I said it ,it's out there now.[there ARE exceptions of course, a song here,a song there but come on do people REALLY like this screaming?]I guess now if you ever even considered not playing it on Easter and on MLK day, you'll make sure you DO from here on end. Oh well, it still had to be said.
