'Marjorie Prime' Depicts a Near-Future with Robot Companions

Award-winning actress Lois Smith and writer Jordan Harrison talk about their critically acclaimed production, “Marjorie Prime.” The play was a 2015 Pulitzer Prize finalist. It's set in the near-future at a time when robots serve as companions to the elderly. Smith plays Marjorie, an 85-year-old-woman facing the onset of dementia who is given a young, male robot to keep her company.
