Back in August, when the Atlantic published a piece by Jon Lovett titled "Looking Backward on the Presidency of Donald Trump," the colorful vision of a post-Trump America seemed like a satirical critique of our media environment. But as Trump's candidacy gains steam, Lovett's piece -- which traces Trump's tenure as the 45th president -- is starting to look more like plausible, if unintentional, prognostication. From the not too distant future, we relive the shock and confusion of those early days and trace the path of the next four years in a radio dramatization set in a sadder but wiser post-Trump America.
