Good morning.  Here are the latest headlines from the WNYC newsroom.

Egypt's interim government is accusing the Muslim Brotherhood of orchestrating a deadly car bombing in a police headquarters in Mansoura today. The blast killed 12 people and wounded more than 100.

No injuries are reported after a freight train derailed in central Ohio. Officials with Norfolk Southern say 11 cars jumped the tracks shortly before midnight Monday in Chillicothe.

An investigation by the Department of Education finds alarming missteps at the school that a missing 14-year-old boy walked out of two-and-a-half months ago and disappeared.

Partly sunny this morning with clouds developing in the afternoon with the chance of showers. Highs in the upper 30s.
