North Korea Bucks the U.N. With Latest Missile Test

Early Tuesday, North Korea fired a ballistic missile that flew over Japan's northern Hokkaido island and landed in the Pacific ocean. The action by the North Koreans is considered a direct threat to both Japan and the United States.
Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe called the test an "unprecedented, serious and grave threat." And President Donald Trump issued a statement denouncing the test and saying that "all options are on the table” when it comes to responding to it.
