Filmmaker Bryan Fogel joins us to discuss his new documentary, “Icarus.” An amateur bike racer, Fogel set out to uncover the truth about doping in sports by experimenting with them to see their effects. But when he encounters a Russian scientist with deep connections to the doping world, he finds a much larger story involving Russia and the Olympics.
“Icarus” opens at the IFC Center (323 6th Ave.) and launches on Netflix on August 4th.
