How Trump's Comments Could Impact National Security

In an interview Sunday, President-elect Donald Trump said he would not be bound by the United States’s longstanding “one-China” policy, and he dismissed U.S. intelligence concerns about Russian interference in last month’s election.

Republicans on Capitol Hill also began questioning Trump’s possible choice of Exxon Mobil CEO Rex Tillerson to be secretary of state, because of Tillerson’s ties to the Russian government.
