These are real casting notices on the popular casting website Actors' Access. The actor and comedian Jenny Jaffe, who is also the founder and executive director of mental health non-profit Project UROK, shares her experience in the often racist and sexist world of casting calls, which she says reinforce and perpetuate damaging stereotypes.
