The President's Gatekeeper

Peabody and Emmy Award-winning producer and journalist Chris Whipple joins us to discuss his new book, The Gatekeepers: How the White House Chiefs of Staff Define Every Presidency. Whipple looks at how a chief of staff can steer a presidency. He interviewed all 17 living chiefs for the book, and explored their influence on the White House, press and Capitol Hill.
