She reveals how antibiotics transformed chicken from local delicacy to industrial commodity, and how eating industrial chicken affects our health.

Maryn McKenna will appear in conversation with Helen Rosner of Eater at Caveat NYC (21 A Clinton St., between E.Houston and Stanton St.) on Sept. 12 at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets start at $30.
