Artist Kara Walker talked about her sculpture installation in the Domino Sugar factory in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. She shared a few of her favorite things with us.

     Sweetness and Power by Sidney W. Mintz, and City of Women by Ruth Landes

 

What’s one thing you’re a fan of that people might not expect? 

     Graphic novels like Fun Home by Alison Bechdel

 

What’s your favorite comfort food?  

     Huevos Rancheros!
