GIG: Tuesday night at Rough Trade
The debut record from Norwegian band Highasakite, released in 2014, still holds that country’s record for most weeks spent at number one on the music charts. So the anticipation around the band’s 2016 follow-up was understandably huge. And the album, “Camp Echo,” delivers in spades: trademark electronic stutters and danceable rhythms, with potent, political lyrics by one of synth-pop’s standout vocalists. The band is playing a headlining show at Rough Trade tomorrow night.
