Frankly, Barney Frank

The Brian Lehrer Show | Apr 30, 2015

You can take the politician out of Congress, but not out of politics. Barney Frank, former U.S. congressman (D-MA) and the author of Frank: A Life in Politics from the Great Society to Same-Sex Marriage (Farrar, Straus and Giroux, 2015), talks about why he's endorsing Hillary Clinton and why he's said Karl Rove hopes the Supreme Court will rule in favor of gay marriage, plus other hot-button issues.

EVENT: Barney Frank participates in a ticketed panel discussion tonight on the question, “IS THE IDEA OF THE PRESIDENT AS PUBLIC SERVANT OBSOLETE?” April 30 at 7PM at the Ethical Culture Society, 2 West 64th Street. Other panelists include Columbia professor Steven Cohen, Urban League president Marc Morial, and NYU's Sherry Glied.
