Floss No Longer Boss: There's No Supporting Evidence

The federal government recently rescinded the public recommendation that everyone floss.

This comes after Jeff Donn, writer for the Associated Press and member of the Associated Press National Investigative Team, published his recent reporting for the AP, which brought to light the lack of sufficient evidence supporting flossing.

The medical profession and the government have previously made recommendations on scant, corporate sponsored evidence. All guidelines must be based on the best, current science.

"This is not the Associated Press saying this, we're talking about scores and scores of studies," says @jadonn7 we need to evaluate public health recommendations.
