Florida Legislature Wraps Session With Eye On Election

Last week, lawmakers in Florida approved in-state tuition for undocumented immigrants at Florida colleges and universities. They also rolled back auto registration fees for Florida residents.

Florida’s Republican Governor Rick Scott faces a tough reelection battle this fall, and Florida politics watchers say he got everything he wanted going into the legislative session that wrapped up on Friday.
