WNYC's senior producer for health reporting Mary Harris discusses the dilemma facing Dr. Mehmet Oz, an influential physician who features products on his daytime television show that aren’t always scientifically sound, which has spurred a group of doctors to call for his dismissal as vice-chairman of the department of surgery at Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons.
