Despite Obstacles, A Press To Insure Residents

With the March 31 deadline to sign up for health insurance under the president’s Affordable Care Act approaching, there’s a push to get people signed up in a number of states. But a number of states are behind in their enrollment goals — and one is Texas, a state with strong Republican opposition to the law.

Here & Now’s Robin Young is joined by Carrie Feibel, health and science reporter for Houston Public Media, and healthcare navigator Orell Fitzsimmons, to discuss lagging ACA enrollment in Texas.
