Japanese businessmen coming to America were overwhelmed by this country's cultural customs, ceremonies and habits. So, a special book was written for them to help understand how to conduct business. Gilbert Highet talks about the updated version of these outdated ceremonies and the cultural differences that confront all travelers and the need to learn new social cues.
