Civil defense demonstration and personnel interviews

A remote WNBC reporter (Jim Coy?) interviews various city personnel (Fire Department, Office of Civil Defense) about an air raid drill in the Bronx. WNBC announcer interrupts when the transmission gets bad, then sends back to Coy when the signal clears up a bit.
