133rd anniversary of Mexican Independence celebration. Consul General of Mexico Ricardo G. Hill speaks about his love of New York City and his friendship with Mayor La Guardia. Rafael de la Colina, of the Mexican Embassy in Washington DC also speaks, followed by the Tripeca Orchestra.
