The political lines between parties keep becoming more embattled these days.  As a New Yorker, are you feeling more isolated from the rest of the country?  Are you a liberal who can't bridge the divide with conservative friends or relatives? Conversations across the aisle can still happen. Case in point: two Texas Congressmen, Reps.Will Hurd (R) and Beto O’Rourke (D) recently took a long road trip together back to Washington, D.C., after a snowstorm hindered their flights. The two used the trip as a kind of roving town hall by live-streaming their time together and taking questions viewers. Over time, the two softened from Congressional colleagues to friends with different views.
